BbinFinkle aims to ensure customer satisfaction while recognising the unique nature of antique and vintage goods.
1. Antiques and Vintage Items
Many items we sell are antique or vintage and may show signs of age, wear, or previous restoration. These characteristics are considered part of the item’s authenticity.
Unless faulty or misdescribed, antique items may not be eligible for return.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photographs of the issue to assess the claim.
If approved, we will offer:

A replacement where available, or

A full or partial refund.

A shop voucher up to the value of the item.
3. Change of Mind
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, online purchases may qualify for a 14-day cooling-off period.
However, this may not apply to certain items including:

Certain antique goods where condition has been clearly disclosed.
4. Return Conditions
Returned items must be:

Securely packaged

Returned within the agreed timeframe
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
